I’m an Irish artist and teacher living and working in the beautiful seaside village of Ardmore Waterford. Inspired to pick up a brush 35 years ago, my interest and skills have taken me from attending that first class in Ireland through to training in Florence and eventually into a full-time career.

I’ve been teaching art for over 30 years and I enjoy this as much as creating my artwork.

After finishing 2 successful workshops at Greywood Arts in Killeagh I have now knuckled down to creating work for 4 exhibitions coming up in the next few weeks I’ve also reconnected with my love of watercolour. It’s a challenging medium but so exciting when it works.

I’m exploring different media at the same time but still painting loosely, finding and losing edges and keeping a limited palette - I’m loving it.
